These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clown Studio's ("we", "us", "our") applications, including Dot Kolam, our internal tools, and this website. By using our apps or website, you agree to these Terms.
Clown Studio is an app development organisation based in Andhra Pradesh, India. See our Contact page for how to reach us.
Dot Kolam is provided to the general public via Google Play, free of charge, as a creative drawing tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial creative purposes. We may update or discontinue features of the app at our discretion, and will do our best to communicate significant changes.
Clown Studio also operates a private, internal automation tool ("Social Auto Publisher") used solely by us to publish our own pre-created video content to our own YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts on a scheduled basis. This tool is not distributed publicly, has no public user base, and is not offered as a service to any third party. It exists purely to automate our own content-publishing workflow using official APIs (Google Drive, YouTube Data API, Google Sheets, Meta Graph API) under our own authenticated accounts.
You agree not to use our apps or tools to violate any applicable law, infringe on others' intellectual property, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
All content, designs, and code within our apps and this website remain the property of Clown Studio unless otherwise stated. Content you create within Dot Kolam (e.g. your own kolam designs) belongs to you.
Our apps and tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clown Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, tools, or website.
We may update these Terms as our apps and tools evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
